Team coaching on the live project each week, and one-to-one coaching before the final pitch.

Founder-led firms and leadership teams, including CEOs, COOs and owner-successors, with a real AI project and a sponsor who will make a decision on it. Finance and IT usually decide whether a case holds, so the case is built for them as well as for the CEO.
