What we do with your details.
Short and plain. Last updated 14 October 2026.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, work email, organisation, role and message. We do not set cookies and do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why
- Enquiries and calls: to reply to you about a programme.
- Programme brief: to give you the brief, and to know which organisations asked for it.
- Weekly Insight: only if you subscribe or tick the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Where it is kept
Form entries are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship and email tool, whose servers are in the United States. Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the small functions that pass your form to HubSpot, including your IP address so spam can be filtered.
